Our aim is to focus on stress – to teach about its symptoms, its causes in teenagers’ life and coping strategies, and take advantage of this knowledge in everyday life. The main goal is to improve the youth’s competence in coping with stress.
The youth will take part in several workshops with psychologists by which they’ll find out their own individual pattern of stressors and the bright side of stress – motivation. The group will participate also in activities to experience different coping strategies of dealing with pressure, i.e.: contact with nature – activities in forest organized by forester, snow sport, e.g. ice-skiing, contact with the body, e.g. dancing classes, openness to other culture, interpersonal relations.
At the end of the youth mobility we will organize a cross-cultural event. Our participants will present various ways to “leave pressure and live pleasure” and share experience with the local youth. They will prepare a presentation made of photos/posters to present the most important experience from this mobility and knowledge about stress.
